แต่ผมจะหาแนวทางที่ดีกว่านั้น มากกว่าการไปพ่วงไฟตัดหมอกเฉยๆ เช่นมีชุด รีเลย์ เพิ่ม / เปลี่ยนหลอดที่ใช้กำลังต่ำ

Adding a Rear Fog Light (USA)
It surprises me that most XV's of the world have a rear foglight, except of course the USA. Many in the USA probably don't even know what a rear foglight is or what it is for. I have read some comments like, "wouldn't a rear facing foglight be blinding to the driver's behind?" or "why would you want to light up the road behind you?" Those questions can sound hilarious at times, but here are some points:


Rear fog lights are red and the maximum bulb wattage is 21W; brake light wattages.

Rear fog lights are not for seeing. They are for the driver's behind you to see you. The lens design is quite different to brake lights.


There is no rear fog light for the USA market. There is a knockout plate for a rear fog light, but no fog light. You can't go to your local USA dealership and order a rear fog light, at least not at this writing. So I went about searching for one.

There were a couple of places online that will sell you the rear fog light. One was from the USA and the other was from Japan. The one from the USA was $60 more. I understand markup, but this was ridiculous.

I was hesitant at first thinking I'll have to wait forever due to shipping, but after doing a search and reading the reviews about avojdm.com I placed my ordered. I was surprised to get almost an instant response from Ross Wilson about the holidays had just started in Japan and that they will process my order in the new year. It wasn't their fault and I did place my order a few days after xmas, so I waited.

It wasn't even 2 weeks before I found this at my front door.
